Our client, is an award winning cyber security business based in Holland with huge growth and investment plans. They were keen to secure a Operations Director to lead the business forward into new markets.
The right candidate would be responsible for leading from the front on a ‘hands-on’ perspective and spearheading how the company would move commercially forward. We found the project very exciting work on due to the business being so well known and a household name in the cyber security segment.
After mapping out multiple companies and identifying the right candidates to shortlist, the professional who eventually secured the role clearly had the ‘drive’, proven leadership and technical ability to embrace this role and the company.
