Our client, is an segment leading Ecommerce business based in Frankfurt with huge growth and expansion plans. On this occasion we were retained to secure a non Exec Board Advisor, to guide / mentor the board and to ensure they capitalise on the expansion investments both in talent as well as technology.
The right candidate would be responsible for spearheading how the company would move commercially forward. We found the project very exciting work on due to the individuals in the business being so motivated and passionate about their business and growth.
After mapping out multiple companies and identifying the right candidates to shortlist, the professional who eventually secured the role clearly had the right ‘mentality’, proven leadership and technical ability to embrace this role and the company.
