Our client, a business based in Amsterdam with large growth requirements were keen to secure a Senior Game Designer to move the business forward.
The right candidate would be responsible working from the front on a ‘hands-on’ perspective and spearheading how the company would move forward creatively. We found the project very exciting to work on due to the individuals in the business being so motivated and passionate about their business and growth.
After mapping out multiple companies via our state of the art AI systems and identifying the right candidates to shortlist, the professional who eventually secured the role clearly had the right mentality, commitment and Game design skills to embrace this role and company.
