Country Manager - Danish Business
Position: Country Manager
Location: Denmark
We at CW Talent are excited to be partnered with this exciting Danish company.
Our Client is made up of a group of innovative, passionate and dedicated people who think it, their obligation to automate as many routine tasks as possible in customer service centres and ensure that the end customer experiences fast, quality service. You will work within the business development team and drive new new customer acquisition.
As an Ideal Candidate You Must have:
- A solid track record in selling Software solutions in the German and ideally in the Austrian and/or Swiss markets.
- Experience leading Customer Experience transformation work or Customer Success programs in large international organizations.
- Strong track record of sales experience as an individual contributor
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience building trusted relationships and influencing others (executive audiences)
- Proven success in leading complex cross-functional projects through governance and stakeholder mapping.
- Fluency in English and German is required, additional European languages is desirable.
