CRM Manager - German eCommerce Business
Position: CRM Manager
Location: Hattingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Our client is a segment leader, targeting a revolution in the operating model of the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing eCommerce Team.
As an Ideal Candidate You will be tasked with:
- Design, implementation and reporting of newsletter and postal campaigns.
- Regular AB tests to optimize open-rate, CTR and CVR
- Design and implementation of marketing automation campaigns
- Continuous optimization of automation campaigns
- Creative ideas for increasing inventory customer turnover
- Coordination with the design and text team to create the campaigns
We would love to see :
- Experience in creating regular AdHoc email campaigns - especially when creating automated email campaigns on the basis of the "Customer-Life-Cycle"
- Hands on experiences with sending mail campaigns
- Experience with the analysis and "processing" of cohorts
- Analytical capabilities to verify optimal emissions
- Experience with email service providers; Inxmail desirable
We are looking for people who are comfortable taking on significant individual responsibility, and who can drive projects forward as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment.
