Financial Controller - German Cosmetic Manufacturing Business
Position: Financial Controller
Location: Darmstadt, Germany
We at CW Talent are excited to be partnered with this segment leading German manufacturing business.
Our client are an innovative Cosmetic / Care products manufacturing business who produce and distribute their own products nationally and internationally.
They're looking for an entrenched Financial Controller to join their team in Darmstadt and have retained us to secure this business critical hire.
Your mission will be ....
- Collaboration in operational controlling including support for monthly financial statements, P&L and balance sheet analysis, business model calculations.
- Participation in the further development of the ERP system and in the expansion of a transparent reporting and management information system.
- Profitability considerations, business plans as a basis for decision-making for investments for the management.
- Preparation of the data in presentation documents.
- Sales budget planning and preparation of data for management and sales.
- Participation in the implementation of monthly sales analyses with reporting to sales and management.
- Control, implementation and processing of the condition systems, campaigns and advertising subsidies agreed with customers and evaluation of sales promotion measures and special projects according to business management aspects.
- Processing of statistical conditions/invoice deductions/bonuses and assignment of subsequent conditions to revenue drivers in SAP-CO PA
We would love to see strong experience in the following ....
- Completed commercial training, e.g. in industry with further training/professional experience in the field of controlling/accounting.
- Ideally, you have already been able to demonstrate your analytical talent in the manufacturing environment.
- You find it easy to communicate with other departments.
- You react spontaneously to changing requirements and decisions.
- Thinking outside the box into new business areas and digitization processes are a matter of course for you.
- With your confident demeanor and negotiating skills, you take your colleagues on board and ensure that open issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
