Our client specializes in the development of customer-specific high-performance magnets and high-temperature magnets for electric drives and drive technology.

On the back of a successful 2024 the guys were looking to scale their sales function and were keen to secure an entrenched Sales professional to join their team and spearhead new business.

We found the project very exciting to work on due to the complexities of this niche market space. 

After mapping out multiple companies and identifying the right candidates to shortlist, using our latest AI-ATS. The professional who eventually secured the role clearly had the right attitude, commitment and technical ability to embrace this role and company.
