CW Talent were asked to search and secure a Growth Manager, urgently for the Munich office of a large Network Security firm. The role was business critical; the hire was complex due to location and the niche skillset.
The role was not a remote role, this added to the complexity of the assignment in that the talent pool was limited however through use of CW Talent’s unique AI back-office system, we were able to identify those candidates that were not visible to the general market.
‘Long lists’ were drafted after out Marketing Team mapped out the available talent in the space and the market was approached. We were then able to shortlist those candidates who were fully qualified, keen on the brand and product and looking forward to a meeting with the client.
Interview videos, references, profiled and examples of previous work of 5 professionals were presented to the client. Due to our thorough due diligence ALL were selected for 1st stage interview. This saved time on the client side and the whole process was 1 week start to finish.
At the tail end of the process, CW Talent handled negotiation of contracts and swiftly and effectively executed this enjoyable piece of work. Both client and candidate were impressed and happy with the level of personal service, efficiency and time / cost saved to all parties.
