Position: Backend Developer
Location: Nuremberg, Germany
Our client are a German SaaS business who are on a mission to set a new standard for customer success by ensuring every user receives 24/7 support from a dedicated success manager, armed with top-notch expertise and the best tools.
With several years of experience in customer success and AI applications the guys have built a platform that works like a single, dedicated agent for personalised assistance, yet scales effortlessly as a cohesive team when demand increases.
They're looking for an experienced Backend Developer as they look to expand the tech team.
We are looking for someone highly intrinsic, always striving to deliver best in class solutions, taking active ownership with an innate curiosity to always dig deeper.
Your mission will be ....
- Develop and maintain the backend (Python & FastAPI)
- Integrate LLMs and other AI models into our agent workflows
- Manage PostgreSQL databases (SQLAlchemy experience is a plus)
- Design and build APIs for our AI-driven customer success agent
- Contribute to frontend work (React/Svelte)
We would love to see strong experience in the following ....
- Strong Python & FastAPI skills
- Comfortable working with LLMs and AI-powered workflows
- Experience with PostgreSQL & SQLAlchemy (or similar ORM)
- Frontend experience (React/Svelte)
- AI/ML experience beyond LLMs
- Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, LLMs, WebSockets
